I loved having a double room with a sea view. It was wonderful to have a flat screen TV, a coffeemaker, and fresh sheets. - the inclusive breakfast was extraordinary. - the check-in process was quick. - the staff was always polite and pleasant. - the atmosphere was quiet, mainly due to the staff.

Clean and ideal place, full cooked and extraordinary breakfast with a good choice of options. Huge twin room with fresh towels, singing happened plus Level -3. Unbeatable and incredible location, so as turn left walk into costa adeje or puerto colon or turn right into las americas both nice walks especially on sea front. Also - just next door to the beach and restaurants.

The breakfast was inclusive and extraordinary, especially the slices of fresh bread, cakes, fruit, pastries. the staff were always polite and pleasant people.

Plus, the location is great and brilliant, minutes from Puerto Colon Marina. The bets part that it's close to inexpensive, bus stop to the left and Las Americas from here.

Excellent dining facilities with wide selection of foods, staff pleasant and helpful at all times, rooms well maintained, towels changed daily, linen changed regularly. Bright welcoming foyer with spacious and relaxing bar area. First class gym and pool area.

Nightly entertainment, while good, should have been better for this class of hotel.

The modern room here was excellent and included a safe, mini refrigerator, and storage.

Always a pleasure to stay friendly hotel with lots of lovely food. All staff helpful. Clean comfortable main areas. Pools and outside bar very accessable. Love the new shading over the outside bar.

More staff needed at the outside pool bar. The evening entertainment has gone downhill since the live bands have been cut back. Need to be put on every evening as before. The beds need to be more comfortable makes your back ache.

The food is quality and varied. The treatment of the staff. It was my birthday and they put a bottle of wine in the room and set aside one from outside the IT at dinner. It's the third time I've been there and I'm going to repeat it without a doubt.

We are very grateful to the wonderful stuff of this hotel. Special thanks to Jose Armas Tonnes - receptionist, who made our stay in the hotel fantastic. The furniture in the hotel is not new, but it is very clean and cozy in the rooms. We liked the gym and the services like massage, sport club. Good music in the bar and pleasant concerts. Good food, but, on my mind, it is good to add porridge to the breakfast table. Many people got used to it. Thank you for the possibility to stay in your hotel.
